adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and

final, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice.

accept or decline your order for any reason. Please be aware that all
calls may be monitored and/or recorded for quality and training

Typographical Errors |

discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the
event an item is mispriced, EuropeanToysLaden.com, at our sole discretion, will do one
of the following:
a.) If an item is priced lower then the displayed price, you will be
charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.
b.) If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either
contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such
cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been
processed, we will issue you a full refund.

for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of FLORIDA. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes,
or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty,
or additional taxes in the country of destination. EuropeanToysLaden.com is not
responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty,
customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise
arrives. EuropeanToysLaden.com recommends that you contact your customs import office
for more information about potential charges.

Personal Checks
All Personal Checks are held for 10 business days. Orders placed with a Personal Check will be held for 10 business days.
Once 10 business days is complete, the order will be released and shipped.
All returned checks will be
charged a $25 USD return check fee. Counter checks will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria's
such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method.
To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your
shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you
will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On
orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional
shipping charges which you would be notified of prior to us billing your
credit card. Due to price fluctuation on electronics EuropeanToysLaden.com can not
always offer price protection on already shipped products.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii And Puerto Rico please select two
day air or overnight delivery, as these orders cannot be shipped via
ground delivery. For orders shipping to P.O. boxes and APO\’S please
select the U.S.P.S. standard or priority as these orders cannot be
shipped via FedEx or UPS. If you do not select an appropriate shipping
method, your order will be adjusted accordingly to the proper shipping
method and rate. Oversized products such as Engines, Performance Parts, _______
, and ______'s may be subject to additional shipping fee's. |

Return Policy/Procedures |

All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 5% of the total
transaction charge. Returns are processed in the order in which they are
received. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time
your return is received. If you have a return that needs to be handled
in an expeditious manner please contact our customer service department
and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Returns that require
a refund may take an additional 5-7 business days before a credit is
applied to your charge card or PayPal account. All returns
must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order
number and invoice. Please understand these orders are often sold as
kit/ packages and we can not resell those items independently. We will
therefore not accept partial order returns, regardless of the reason for
return, unless specifically authorized by us in writing.
